    Ameer Hassen brings years of consulting experience and entrepreneurship to help build and define the Unrefined team. His strong work ethic and leadership skills have built an unstoppable group of individuals. Ameer is continuously looking to grow, not only himself, but also this company while making a positive impact on those around him.

    Vice President - Client Relations

    Olivia Stone is a clinical mental health therapist that loves to spend time in the kitchen cooking healthy meals She strives to help people improve their self-confidence and self-esteem by helping clients gain control as they learn to view food as a resource that is healing to the mind, body and soul. Her goal is to provide our community with a convenient, healthy meal prep service that helps simplify daily life challenges.

  • We are Northeast Ohio’s leading catering and meal-prep delivery service. Based in downtown Cleveland, Unrefined has soared to the top of the industry by putting our clients first and building a community around them. We understand the time it takes to grocery shop, cook, and clean, we do it every week for over 400 friends!  Our goal is to enable our clients to thrive, by saving them time, money, and energy in the kitchen.   

    Unrefined was founded on the principle that healthy eating could taste great. Unrefined isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle. By giving our clients the best, we help them to become the best. Wholesome in, wholesome out.  

  • Our food is fresh, never frozen. We purchase our produce on a weekly basis. From there we prep, cook and plate your meals in 3 days and deliver everything to your door on Sunday. Our in-house, scratch-made meals are delicious and dietician approved. 

    To further break away from the pack, Unrefined is constantly innovating and re-investing in itself. We believe that in order to thrive, we must continue to grow. As evidence of our success and staying power, we have expanded three times in two years. Our most recent expansion has found us settled on St. Clair Avenue, moving from a 1,800 sq. ft. kitchen, to our new, high-tech 4000 sq. ft. facility.

  • Refined foods are the culprit behind many lifestyle setbacks; they are full of additives, sodium, processed oils and trans fats, stripped of fiber, and have added sugars. 

    Unrefined prides itself on using only quality ingredients. We always seek out the best recipe components available for our clients, from Bob’s Red Mill Rolled Oats, to local farm-fresh eggs, to Orgain Vanilla Protein Powder; every ingredient is chosen to meet our high health standards.  

    Our menus are constantly being cultivated.  We search constantly for ways to improve the flavor and health of our meals.  

    A tenet of Unrefined is that we will always be 100% gluten free and only use dairy sparingly. As such, we utilize home-made cashew butter, make our own soup stocks and sauce and all our grains and pastas are of the highest quality. 

  • We are NOT open for sit down or walk in. You order through our website or app and we prep, cook and plate your meals for delivery/pickup on Sunday! You must place your order by 11:59 PM Wednesday for Sunday Delivery or Pickup. Any Orders placed past the deadline will be ready the following week.
